I'm writing regarding a problem I believe many of you might be having.
The woman at the front desk in the morning is constantly sleeping (not
sleepy, sleeping!) and has a moody demeanor. She has become
increasingly nasty and confrontational. Many packages stay for days
before being delivered, and that has become a problem for me. I've
reported her to management but as usual with Janoff & Olshan, have
received no respose. Is anyone having the same problem?
