Hi...
It's almost the middle of the month and J&O hasn't cashed my rent
check yet -- anyone else have this issue? Feel like they're playing
their usual game with me....
They've also haven't responded to any of my request about renewing my
lease. I can't even get a live person on the phone. Is anyone else
having this issue?

Hi Linda, mine was cashed but don't panic...sometimes it takes them a
couple of weeks.
From your post I can't tell what the situation is with your lease
renewal, but if they're late with it or withholding it, it could be a
form of harassment. This form defines harassment, on p. 2:
