any new and improving developments at 52 clark?

hi all,
this morning i saw an available studio apartment on D that i am keen
to apply for but after doing research on the internet and reading
stories about the issues everyone has been going through, i was
wondering if anything has changed for the better? specifically, i
would like to know if the whiny noise from the basement still exists.
if i move into an apartment and i need to deal with this problem i'd
like to know now so I DON'T move into 52 clark.
