Rocky Mountain Homebrew Challenge RE: Belonging to more than one Homebrew Club

Hello Homebrew Club Members:

The question has come up what if I belong to more than one homebrew club.  We have modified the competition rules to explain your options.

If a participant is a member of more than one homebrew club he/she can submit entries only for the particular club that was chosen at the time of registration.

The participant has the option if they choose to do so is to enter the same beer again separately for each additional club that they belong to.  In order to do this, the participant must register (sign up) again under a new personal name and put down the additional club as the homebrew club that they belong to.  Then he/she can enter the same beer under that clubs name as well. PLEASE NOTE: The participant will have to pay applicable fees for each additional entry entered under the second registration name. 

We suggest participants enter entries under only one club's name, whichever the participant is the most active in.  Judges and Stewards can only sign up under one homebrew club name which is one reason for the lower point earnings under the club points category.

CLUB LEADERS:  Please let  us know ASAP if your club will be participating so we can have your club's name printed up on          t shirts in time for the event
