Colorado Beer Bars

Hi,

I hope this finds you well! I am the editor of DRAFT Magazine and we are putting together our annual Best Beer Bars list.  I was hoping I might be able to get some direction from you on the places we should be visiting in Colorado. We are looking for beer bars that have a vast but quality beer selection, knowledgeable servers and a commitment to beer education. We’re trying to steer clear of gastropubs (as that is a different sort of establishment), but having a food menu is certainly ok.

Your thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
