Managers, as the spoken person of a company, have the function of disseminating information to other people in different departments and the outsiders.
Third, the decision role of managers is also crucial for the management of the companies. As a manager, one should think up some measures to innovate the developing directions of an organization. When there are unexpected issues, managers have to handle the problems in time and effectively to decrease the loss of the company. Managers also act as the resource allocator to distribute the resources in a proper way to promote the development of the company. In some cases, the managers should try their best to reach agreements with diverse people and teams.

2.2 How do manager influence the organization and employee
The various roles of managers can influence the organization and employees apparently.
Firstly, the decision role of the managers can have great impact on the development of a company. For example, the innovation of Jobs has led the success of the Apple Company indeed. Jobs’s management in the company has promoted the development of the company in the positive direction for years. The innovating decisions of Jobs have contributed to the rapid development of the company and the achievements the company reached are amazing. In this case, Jobs has acted as an excellent role in the management of Apple (Rodrigues, 2001).
Secondly, managers can affect the job satisfaction of employees through the interpersonal functions. For instance, Debra Allen, who was the manager of the Big Banks Northwood branch, was the supervisor of 20 employees. She always took some time to chat with the employees to know much about their lives. When the employees met with troubles in their work, Allen always helped them out of trouble in time and would teach some working skills at the meeting to improve the efficiency of the workers. The management of Allen achieved great success. All the employees under the charge of Allen were satisfied with their jobs, and they appreciated the excellent management of Allen deeply as well.

3.0 Skills managers need in operating
3.1 What are skills necessary for managers
The managers should be qualified with three main kinds of managerial skills. The meaning of managerial skills is the ability and knowledge to complete the managerial jobs and tasks effectively. The skills can be learned and obtained from practices. With the managerial skills, managers can improve the working performance of the employees and contribute to the fast development of the companies.
Firstly, the technical skills are of great importance for the successful managing process of managers. The technical skills can be associated with machines, tools for production and other kinds of equipment, which also include the skills of increasing the sales amount, designing various kinds of goods and services, marketing the commodities and services, and so on (Mintzberg, 1994).
For example, the sales managers have the responsibility to cooperate with employees of the sales department to increase the sales amount effectively. The technical skills to take proper measures to promote goods are essential in this case.
Secondly, the conceptual skills are necessary for managers, meaning the ability or knowledge of abstract thinking. As a manager, one is required to see through things with careful analysis, intending to realize the aims of companies and predict the business future.
A company or an organization always has lots of parts aimed to sell and market products. The goals of these business may be dissimilar form each other. Mangers should be able to identify the dissimilarities (Juran, 1995). The conceptual skills can assist managers to think much deeply on the outer aims of a business department. The managers will make suitable decisions according to the overall goals of the company.
Third, the interpersonal skills can affect the managing results to a significant degree. This type of skills can help managers to turn into leaders, to improve the performance of workers, to make great use of the workers’ potential in their work and so on.
