Historic scheduled GTFS data

Hi,

Would it be possible to include the following features/changes?

1. Downloading historic GTFS Feed Download data for a single operator (rather than having to download data for the entire region)

2. The historic GTFS Feed Download data currently defines each day with a separate service_id in calendar_dates.txt, whereas the up-to-date GTFS Feed Download data gives a calendar.txt with the service_id for an ideal schedule, and only defines exceptions in calendar_dates.txt. (i.e. the "Alternate" option is used, rather than the "Recommended" option: https://gtfs.org/schedule/reference/#calendar_datestxt ). Can MTC provide the ideal/regular schedule (i.e. the "Recommended" option in the URL above) even for historic GTFS Feed data?
