Dear Colleague,
Connectpoint Inc. (Key for Stefan Marks, Connectpoint staff) is requesting a rate increase from 60 requests per 3600 second to 900 requests per 3600 seconds.
Description of Use Case
Connectpoint Inc. provides real time transit displays for the Sonoma-Marin Area Regional Transit (SMART). SMART has requested that the displays also show real-time departures for its partner transit agencies (Marin Transit, Golden Gate Ferry, Petaluma Transit, Santa Rosa City Bus and Sonoma County Transit). Our requested rate increase is required to support this data activity in terms of testing, development, and production

Brief justification for the requested rate limit
SMART’s displays are designed to provide real-time updates every 60 seconds. We also need the ability to test displays for SMART. The proposed increase is designed to ensure that displays do not crash and there is bandwidth for testing.
We are testing the new display templates now and would appreciate a prompt response. I have copied Judy King and Owen Christofferson from SMART and they will confirm and support our request.
