Request for Ridership Data & Real-Time Info Display Guidance

Hello,

We are Master of Urban & Regional Planning students at UCLA, and we are working on a class project to evaluate which AC Transit bus stops along the 19, 20, and 51A lines would benefit from real-time information displays. We were wondering if you'd be able to provide us with monthly ridership data on these lines for the past year (Jan to Dec 2022) to help us with our analysis. Alternatively, if this data is accessible online, could you please direct us to where we may find it?

Additionally, we'd like to know if there were any guidance or standards that AC Transit follows when deciding where to install real-time information displays. If that information is shareable, please let us know, as it could help our argument for our report.
