Capitol Corridor Bikes_Allowed Field

Hello 511 Team,

I did just submit a service request to Capitol Corridor, but also putting it here:

Capitol Corridor should be putting bikes_allowed as a "1" for all of their train lines. It's currently set to a 0, which is unknown.

Setting to 1 will allow the Transit App to accurately display Bike+Transit trips using CC, which it currently is not displaying.

Of course, they should not set it to a 1 for their connecting bus fleets if bike racks are not consistently available. Just the train trips.
