Transit feed for BART shows no results

Good day all. 

I am trying to get a list of the BART train positions using this feed:

https://api.511.org/transit/VehicleMonitoring?api_key=[REDACTED]&agency=BA

I have been getting results that are empty for a few days. Is this feed still working?
