How to find departure & arrival times for future trips

I've been testing out the stop timetables, patterns, stop monitoring, and trip updates API calls and I can't seem to find a response that includes the next departure time for a specific station as well as arrival times at all other stations on that route for a future date and time. Is there such a thing?

For example, I was hoping to be able to add monitoringref and starttime parameters to these urls but they seem to be ignored:

https://api.511.org/transit/tripupdates?api_key=[API key]&agency=SA&format=json&monitoringref=71051&starttime=202501040700

https://api.511.org/transit/StopMonitoring?agency=SA&api_key=[API key]&format=json&monitoringref=71051&starttime=202501040700

I guess what I really need to use is the timetable call. I'll give that a try...
