Hello Audrey,

Thank you for reaching out to 511. I double checked that the bus your friend may leave his wallet on last Friday night was VTA Bus 23 from Stevens Creek & Santana Row (Westfield) stop to Stevens Creek & Interstate 280 (City Gate at Cupertino Apts), westbound, departed around 8:47 pm and arrived around 8:59 pm. We have emailed our contact at VTA and ask them to direct this message to the right personnel and we'll keep you posted if we hear anything back from them. Meanwhile, this is what we found on VTA website regarding lost & found information just in case you missed it - please call their customer service 408-321-2300. I hope your friend find his wallet soon!

Best,
Mengjie Han (MTC)

Hi Audrey,

We have received responses from our VTA contacts that calling VTA Customer Service at (408) 321-2300 is the only way to get in touch with the Lost and Found since they do not have a public number and can only be accessed by internal transfer. You could also go in person. It is located at 55 W. Santa Clara St., San Jose, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

I hope it helps. Thanks.

Best,
Mengjie
