Toll API doesn't seem to be reporting live express lane data

Hi,

I'm trying to use the tolls API to fetch the toll data so that I can track the toll data over time and estimate the hypothetical cost of taking the express lane on my commute based on the collected data.

However, I've noticed that:

1. Every toll API response I've received is identical (with the same md5sum)
2. The toll sign status is 0 for almost all signs. Two signs on 680 SB have a status of 2 for offline. All of the bridge signs have a status of 1 for operational

Is the tolls API working for anyone else for express lane data?
