East Dublin time are not updated correctly

Several times in the past few weeks, the API is not showong the correct time nor the amoint of trains leaving. As I write this message, a train should have left at 7:04 AM, with the clock at the station indicating the same. Once the time has come, the clock changed to the next train so as your API, indicating that the previous trains has left the station.

Why are so many of these ghost bart? Is this an issue in  the data or are you trying to lie to the government about the amount of cars available?
