Request historical Open511 Events export for 2017 (US-101, Bay Area)

Hello,

I’m assembling a reproducible research dataset aligned to a subset of the PEMSBAY 2017 speeds dataset, I wish to add data regarding construction, accidents, events, etc. to the dataset to permit better traiffic forecasting. The live Open511 endpoint returns current items (in_effect_on=now) but id does not seen to return any past dates, for example if I put in_effect_on and date in 2017 I get no results. My understanding from interactive with the endpoint is that perhaps archived data is not available. So I’m requesting a historical export of Traffic Events for 2017. 

Scope:

• Time: 2017-01-01 to 2017-06-30
• Area: District 4 / Bay Area (region-wide is fine). If you prefer a smaller box: bbox = −123.0, 36.9, −121.2, 38.6 (lon/lat).

CSV or JSON formats are both fine, a single zip archive will do if dates need separated for example. I will attribute to 511 SF Bay per your terms if the any results using the data are published.
