The mismatch between the GTFS sourced from SMART and GTFS-RT sourced from the 511 SF Bay is expected. If you get the GTFS and GTFS-RT feeds from the same source such as the 511 SF Bay, this mismatch will go away.

In retrieving tripupdates for SMART (SA) I'm noticing that the stop_id within the StopTimeUpdates object of the TripUpdates corresponds to the stop_code in SMART's GTFS Static Feed and not to its stop_id. That's incorrect as per https://gtfs.org/documentation/realtime/reference/#message-stoptimeupdate — who should I talk to about this?
