Bikes_Allowed Field

Hi 511 Team,

The Transit app supports Bike+Transit directions but will only do so when bikes_allowed is shown as 1 (but I think they manually override BART and CalTrain as known entities).

Many agencies are not marking their bikes_allowed, or are leaving it as 0 which means no info.

Could you please have the agencies provide the proper "1" if their vehicles have bike racks? At this point, it's really only certain shuttles and certain highway routes (like SolTrans Route R) that don't have racks (and R line allows bikes in the luggage bay).
