2025 USA 505 Dues Update

Happy New Year all!

Quick update on how dues invoices will work this year:

• You will receive an invoice for annual dues on January 1st, with a due date of February 1st
• Autopay accounts will settle their balance on February 1st
• Members with unpaid account balances will receive monthly statements from clubspot with a payment reminder

If you would like to adjust your membership type, update your information, or create a recurring membership, visit https://usa505.org/membership/

As Blaine previously communicated: after a broad survey of Benefactor members, we have elected to increase that level to $150/year. There is no need to change anything if you are on a recurring membership plan.

Additionally, it is now possible to make an optional, additional contribution to the class as part of your recurring annual dues. These additional funds are allocated towards class media and promotion activities that are a priority of the class officers. If you would like to do so, please complete the form at the following link, and the contribution will be added to your account: https://forms.gle/KoZrcYAzYn1VNMjR8

Just got invoices. So I adjusted the amount and paid $250 which is the $150 dues plus $100 extra to class. Is this how we’re supposed to do it? Interestingly my American section invoice says I owe $150 but there was a billing statement from 3:59 am Jan 2 saying I paid $74.91. Did I have a credit of sorts?

Happy new year and thanks for this update! 

How can I modify my contribution? Right now I'm at the $60 minimum, but I know there's a larger amount, I believe $100. 

I can always make that a recurring donation but I'd like to be part of the annual benefactors.

Hi all,

I just want to let you know that I see all the billing questions and am working through them at the pace that I am able to. Rest assured, I will get to your question in time and we will sort out any adjustments, if necessary.

Unfortunately, Clubspot incorrectly configured the autopay settings on their end, causing everyone to be billed sooner than expected. The hope was to give everyone a month to review their statements before being billed.
