After sailing 505’s for 41 years Clarissa and I are ready to look for something different. As a result, we are putting Bandersnatch up for sale:

 

 

1992 Waterat 8410

Current mast Alto new 2018 rigged in 2020 (spare is a D, circa 2005)

Carbon boom and twin carbon poles

Foils:   standard Waterat centerboard and rudder and high aspect Competition composites (i.e. two sets)

Sails:    Almost new: P&B main, jib and spinnaker (used at a couple of light air regattas);   club racing: North main, North Jibs (2), North Spinnaker

Training sails: Quantum main, Jib, Spinnaker

Top (2018) and bottom (original) covers from The Sailor Tailor

Rapide road trailer and trolley (new about 2010).   Please note that it will be up to the purchaser to obtain a registration certificate for the trailer.

All lines have been replaced over the past 4 years

It has been lightly sailed for the past 5 years, always in fresh water in that period

Stored indoors during the winter

Many bits and pieces can be made available if desired

Price is $6,000 ($ Can) if the boat is going to stay at NSC, $8,000 US otherwise
