2025 USA 505 Dues Update

Happy New Year all!

Quick update on how dues invoices will work this year:

• You will receive an invoice for annual dues on January 1st, with a due date of February 1st
• Autopay accounts will settle their balance on February 1st
• Members with unpaid account balances will receive monthly statements from clubspot with a payment reminder

As Blaine previously communicated: after a broad survey of Benefactor members, we have elected to increase that level to $150/year. There is no need to change anything if you are on a recurring membership plan.

Additionally, it is now possible to make an optional, additional contribution to the class as part of your recurring annual dues. These additional funds are allocated towards class media and promotion activities that are a priority of the class officers. Hi all,

I just want to let you know that I see all the billing questions and am working through them at the pace that I am able to. Rest assured, I will get to your question in time and we will sort out any adjustments, if necessary.

Unfortunately, Clubspot incorrectly configured the autopay settings on their end, causing everyone to be billed sooner than expected. The hope was to give everyone a month to review their statements before being billed.
