Yes, both the By-Laws and CCRS are
entirely new documents. With all the changes to California law since 1986, redlining our original documents would been a cost-prohibitive effort. The proposed new By-Laws contain many technicalities concerning the restated Davis-Sterling Act from 2013, protecting members, quorum requirements, meetings, voting rights, and dispute resolution. It's a little more work to read both sets of documents entirely, but we're likely better off for it.
