CC&Rs Community Meeting w/ Insurance Adjuster - Tomorrow @ 6pm

Hi all,

Wanted to send out a quick reminder that I've set up a community meeting with an CA licensed private adjuster tomorrow at 6pm! He's doing us a favor to chat with us regarding any insurance related questions as they pertain to our proposed CC&Rs.

Why are we talking to an private adjuster?

• They can provide a unique prospective on actual settled insurance claims
• Have experience navigating nuances in CCR's and can provide input on what has worked and what hasn't for homeowners.
• Insurance companies are tight-lipped when discussing hypothetical scenarios.

If you have questions but can't make it, reply to this thread and we'll get them answered for you! We'll also be sure to take good notes :)
