Notice to Advertisers: Pinterest is Incorporating U.S. State-Specific Data Terms
 

We’re updating our Pinterest Advertising Services Agreement (PASA) by incorporating state specific data privacy terms, including the third-party data terms prescribed by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The U.S. State-Specific Data Terms can be found in Exhibit C of the PASA.

These terms will come into effect on July 1, 2023.

We recommend that all advertisers processing this personal data review these changes and update their privacy policies, as needed, to reflect them.
