Hey Ya'll:

The Petition for UNICEF IS OLD. Sorry - in my haste to share information I sent the Petition out w/o checking into sources. Pls let anyone who might have this petition know that it is an "older one".

Ya'll it takes me a couple days to check on my info / references - unless I hear it directly from DOS, JCICS, Agencies or ADA... so sorry. I'll TRY in the future to not post anything that is not relevant...

I'll update the web site too.
