Fiction: Look out into the distance, and find a hill (or a mountain or a slight rise if you're in Kansas). Now who lives there, and why do they seek the high ground?

NonFiction: "taking the hill" is often a metaphor for struggling toward success. Write about a personal or observed struggle to "take that hill."
