What Happens to Your Stuff? Hi Folks!I know that this next subject is
not one anybody wants to discuss. "What happens to your Stuff", when
it comes your time to pass on? Do you know who will get them; have you
a Will or statement that says, what goes where? Will there be
arguments, over who gets what? Will it be sold or thrown away? "What
happens to your Stuff"? A Will or statement of assignment, with a
guardian or executor to execute, is the correct way to make sure
everything and everyone are placed and satisfied. The reason nobody
takes the time to put together their thoughts and place them in a
Will ,is ignorance. They just aren't aware or don't know enough of the
process to do it. It is so simple these days, that with just a little
supervision, you can do this on your own. Providing that you sign and
have it witnessed. There are so many outlets for these documents, and
services. Local Attorneys, Courthouses, on the Web, and other legal
services, that really aren't that expensive. You can do this with your
family, in the privacy of your home, and take all the time you need,
to think about, 'What really happens to your Stuff ''? I've listed
several options for these avenues of legalities. Pick one, that
satisfies your needs, get your thoughts together, take your time, then
let everyone know where they stand or even if they really want Your
Stuff. Remember, there's a reason you're giving it to them; it's not
because they didn't own it, so the sentimental value may not be the
same. So, "What really happens to your STUFF'? Thanks for
listening. JR
