The frame's basically together with the motors & ready to accept a
breadboard/battery pack. Some joints are temporary, so I'll post some
pictures and show it to everyone so we can finalize and reinforce it.

Do you want me to bring it to school tomorrow, or is posting pictures
enough?

Also when is our next talk with Dr. Fattouche? Is that when the frame
has to be done?

If you could email me or Lianne some of the pictures before the end of
the week, they'll go up on the website.

Notes for a second frame:

-cyanoacrylate (krazy glue) can apparently be dissolved with acetone
so the motors are probably reusable
-possible materials for use in a frame:
high-density polyethylene (HDPE): lightweight, flexible, strong,
easily machined. cannot be tapped. not extremely rugged or strong. min
1/4" thick unless reinforced w/ aluminum.
aluminum: sinks heat. fairly strong & rigid.
sintra: available at solarbotics. accepts cyanoacrylate. similiar to
HPDE?

Velcro for a battery attachment?

Places for machining:
University of Calgary machine shop
Big Blue Saw
Protoworks
