I just wanted to keep you in the loop regarding some facilities work that will be occurring in Lewis Hall next week. Please touch base with your residents who are going to still be on campus, because they may not notice the signs that are posted. If you have any questions, please contact Jenny or myself. Thank you! Hello HRS Staff,

Stating on Monday, May 9, work to replace the HVAC units in Lewis Hall will begin. The contractor will start on the 4^th floor and move down. Between May 9 and May 14 work will be conducted from 7a-7p. Starting May 16 through the remainder of the project (end date of May 27), work will be conducted from 6a-6p. Rooms that have late departures and summer students who will be moving, will be accessed after 8:30AM. Students are instructed to move items at least 5 feet away from the HVAC unit and to leave a clear walking pathway to their HVAC unit.

 

Lastly, to void concerns of privacy, the bathrooms on floors 3 and 4 will be closed during the contractor work hours. Student can use bathrooms on floors 1 and 2. Kristy is changing the signage on the doors noting one male and one female bathroom on floors 1 and 2.

 

Notification with this information is being put up today (please see attached).
