AI applications get their own place in the repository

Hi 4tH-ers!

This member of the 4tH community is responsible for many, many important contributions to 4tH:

He was the one behind Zen float;
He was the one that created the raster graphics subsystem;
He was the one behind the uBasic/4tH "chess" program;
He was the one behind the 30-bit fixed point arithmetic library;
.. and much much more!

Now he has turned his interest to AI -- in 4tH!

And he's been quite busy! So busy that I decide to give those applications their rightful place in 4tH, in the "apps" directory with the label "AI". So far three different AI applications have been uploaded. If you want to give it a boost, it even features its 4tH extension (look in the "patch4tH" directory).

So I've decided to do something I rarely do -- not even for myself. I will add a reference in the "What's new" entry to these applications.

I could never have dreamt about 4tH doing AI -- so I think this deserves an entry!
