In order to get up to speed quickly, I advise you to install 4tH as soon as possible (if you haven't already) and read the "Overview" section of the manual. It will show you clearly what 4tH is all about - and what it isn't.
May be you liked Forth, but didn't feel it integrated too well into your Operating System or Development Environment - then 4tH is the thing you have been waiting for!
Here is a brief overview of the main 4tH sites:
