Hi 4tH-ers!

I looked through the source one more time and found three lists which could be sped up by either using indexed retrieval or CASE..ENDCASE.

So I did. It made uBasic another 5% faster. And I found out I didn't need ROW.4TH anymore. So I removed it.

Source in SVN.
