Introductions

So, ah... who's from where and shall we introduce ourselves? I can
start and say that I was an exchangee last year to Finland, and I'm
hoping to be able to host a Finn this summer. Anyone else?

Pidan juosta ;). I'm Danica Loucks from Hamilton, MT. I'm going to
Finland this year. I'm 15 and I've been in 4-H for 8 years (plus 3
years as a cloverbud and 4-H camp since I was 1). I'm very involved!
My projects are Archery, Knitting, Independent Study Cooking,
Leadership, Vet Science and Leathercraft. Outside of 4-H I run cross
country in the fall and track in the spring with my high school and
then run all the rest of the year on my own. I recently raced a half-
marathon (in the snow and coldness) which was really fun. I've never
flown on an airplane before. I'm so excited about going to Finland!
I've been studying Finnish for about 3 months now (holy cow! over 13
different verb cases). I love learning new languages, which is
actually one of the reasons I chose Finland over Australia. I've
studied German for 2 years. Um..so I guess that's all I can think of
right now, hope to hear from you all soon!
