[3] Upcoming surveys for 4CR faculty who taught courses this semester

This update is to inform all of the 4CR faculty members who taught ASL
courses this past semester that they will be receiving a survey from
our grantors on your experience. They will need the name of the
Community Partner(s) that you collaborated with along with an e-mail
address to contact them at. The Community Partners will need to fill
out a survey, as well. We will give you more information on this as
we receive it.

[8] 4CR Faculty Syllabi Revision Deadline – July 31, 2009

The 4CR Faculty syllabi revision deadline has been set for July 31,
2009. All grant funding is to be spent by August 31, 2009 and
therefore your faculty contracts must reflect that you cannot be
required to teach your courses later than that date. This is why you
all signed an addendum or it was in your original contract stating
that you are intending to teach two sections of academic service
learning before the end of Spring 2010. Because we cannot require
that you have taught the courses, we are asking to have your revised
or newly created syllabi by July 31, 2009. This should give faculty
enough time to make the appropriate adjustments to syllabi before the
grant funding period is over and to submit it to Julie Comley at
jco...@siena.edu.

If you intend to teach two sections of one course, we will only need
one syllabi. If you intend to teach two courses, we will need to see
both.
