HELLO, DOLLY! - BUILD #6
This coming Saturday, February 9 at 10AM, we will continue work on the set for Hello, Dolly! at Four County Players! This week will be more construction -- wall panels & doors, railings, flats, and yes, more work on the stairs! There will also be some painting -- a second coat to the blue, potentially starting some pink, and potentially some more black too!
If you can make it, please email Gary at white...@gmail.com by Friday morning at the latest so that we have a headcount for lunch. Also let him know if you have any dietary restrictions. Hope to see you at the theater!

ABOUT
THE PLAY:
Winner of the 2009 Tony Award for Best Play, GOD OF CARNAGE invites us to an
evening in the lives of two couples, residents of a Brooklyn neighborhood, who
meet to discuss a violent playground incident between their sons. At first,
diplomatic niceties are observed and civil discussion is predominant. But as
the night progresses and the rum flows freely, tensions emerge and the gloves
come off, leaving the couples with their principles—and more— in tatters.
Hilarious and brutal, GOD OF CARNAGE is a passionate, enthralling play that
will stick with you long after you’ve left the theater. Contains explicit
content. Adults only.
Director Miller Murray Susen is looking for a strong, diverse cast of actors ages 30 and up.

Board of Directors News
In December, Barbara Wimble informed the Board of Directors that she needed to leave the board before the end of her term in June 2019 for personal reasons. We have appreciated her many contributions both onstage and off over the years and are sad to see her go. Fortunately, Barbara continues to work diligently on projects related to capturing important Four County Players history!
In January, the board voted to appoint Jeff Ward to fill the remainder of Barbara's unexpired term. We are thrilled to have him take on this leadership position.
Members interested in serving on the Board of Directors should contact Tres Wells at tresf...@gmail.com to learn more about the nomination and election process.
