YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN - BUILD #6
This coming Saturday, July 7 at 9AM, we continue work on the set for Young Frankenstein! This week will be more construction, as well as painting. And as always, we need general help with carrying things, cleanup, and other various tasks.
Linda Hogan, our props master, will also be needing a few folks to help her with props crafting projects this Saturday. But these are projects that adults and older teens need to handle; no children, please!

A note about RSVPs: Lately we have had a lot of unexpected workers on Saturdays. We are so incredibly grateful for the help; please don't get me wrong! While two or three "walk-ins" isn't a problem, having a lot of unexpected volunteers creates a bit of scrambling for those providing lunch. The board members who generously donate the lunches rely on the anticipated head count when planning their meal. To help us make sure that no one goes hungry, please do RSVP.
YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ASSISTANCE / ASSISTANTS!
We are looking for several people to work backstage and/or on tech crew for the run of Young Frankenstein! We are in need of spotlight operators (2), dressers (2 or 3), and stage hands (1).
Time commitment is tech week (evenings, July 22 - July 28), and all performances (July 27, 28, August 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 in the evening; July 29, August 5, 12 in the afternoon). If you are available for most but not all of those dates, we can potentially still work with that!

Build a Backstage Campaign:
We are pleased to announce that we have met our $90,000 challenge and received the grant from the Perry Foundation! But the work isn't over...fundraising continues as we march towards our $200,000 preliminary target. The BABS committee has been meeting with a builder to go over design and budget details, and we're very excited about the progress!
