Greetings 4-County CWMA partners,

Welcome to the new 4-County CWMA email list! We will be posting updates and announcements on here to help support outreach and collaborative weed management efforts among our CWMA partners, supporters, and the general public. This new list will grant all members the ability to post topics to the entire group, so please be mindful and only post related material when necessary.

Features

This email list is nearly self-serving, but there are a few key features that should be noted to keep optimal functionality of the group:

Subscribe

To subscribe to the email list, please email the CWMA Coordinator directly at info@4countycwma.org and provide a brief summary as to why you are interested in the CWMA email list. This will minimize spammers from hacking our group!

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from the email list, send an email to 4countycwma+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com and removal will be automatic.

Posting Topics

To post a relevant topic to the entire group, send an email to 4countycwma@googlegroups.com.

Note: When replying to postings, please remember that “Reply All” will send an email to all members of the group, while “Reply” will only notify the individual member who posted the topic. This is an important reminder to prevent members from flooding tons of inboxes with unnecessary information.
The maximum size limit for messages sent to the group is 25MB, including attachments.

Code of Conduct

The 4-County CWMA email list expects that all participating members:

Will exercise respect and dignity to all members of the group, providing an open and honest communication environment, free of all types of discrimination.
Will not abuse their ability to post topics to the group. If this power is abused by any member, appropriate action will be taken and may result in suspending posting privileges or removal from the list.
Will respect the privacy and discretion of each member's personal information.
Will not advertise, solicit, or promote any goods or services.
