Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 0 to 9 Years
Shift time: 07:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Monday-Friday)
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Qualification: Any graduate or Post Graduate

Requirements:
· Good knowledge as a technical recruiter to recruit IT talent, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company
· Must have knowledge and experience working on W2 / 1099 / C2C Tax Terms
· Must have good knowledge of US visas.
· Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly submitting suitable and qualified candidates
· Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms
· Experience in Using of portals like Dice, Monster & LinkedIn, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calling and emailing
· Must have good knowledge of various IT Technologies
· Process knowledge of H1B Reviewing
· Knowledge of 1797 copies and its different forms
· Must have good communication (Written & Verbal) and negotiation skills
· Good telephone and email etiquette
