Job Title : IT Product Manager

Location : Grapevine, TX

Duration :12+ Months

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         IT Product and Project Management

·         Develop Agile processes for IT Infrastructure team

·         Develop KPIs for IT services and applications

·         Identify and implement processes to improve departmental efficiency

·         Assist with defining SLAs for IT Operations

·         Maintain an internal IT how-to wiki for team cross-training purposes

·         Assist with maintaining a technical self-help knowledge base for Smart Start staff

·         Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and remedy common IT problems

·         Report on network and IT service performance to predict needs for future growth

·         Provide the IT Manager with periodic utilization trends reports for IT systems

·         Contribute to continuous system and service improvement through regular reviews

·         Maintains technical knowledge by utilizing provided training materials, attending technical workshops, reviewing professional publications

·         Any other duties assigned by the IT Manager

 

Position Requirements

·         Expert knowledge of Agile project management

·         3+ years Product Management for Technology teams

·         Solid experience with Jira

·         Solid experience with Microsoft SQL databases

·         Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and client OS

·         Ability to read and write clear and understandable instructions

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

·         Candidates must be able to work varying hours and travel when required (less than 5%)

·         Must demonstrate excellent organization, prioritization, follow up and time management skills

·         Must be able to document project and task work and provide documented updates

·         Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a technical environment.

·         Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization

·         Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·         Must have the ability to IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
