Yes, that's generally a good idea. I of course am flexible in that
some projects might not need all the above, or something else might be
useful.

It depends on what the project is on. I'm sure there exists topics
for which it would be natural to include something else. I can't
remember what your project is on.

I'm looking for "roughly 5 pages" overall, including code.
