Serving officer informed that there is grapevine today of Col Mukul Dev having won the NFU case.
NFU stands for Non-functional upgradation.
This is partially similar to the MACP for the non-officer cadre.
MACP stands for modified assured career progression.
Defence personnel as well as civilians have been granted MACP.
NFU was granted to Civilian officers but denied to the Armed Forces Officers.
Congratulations to Col Mukul Dev for being a beacon of light to the downtrodden defence fraternity.
Col Mukul Dev is another Major Dhanpalan.
