So digging through some archives I found this. Well about 72% of 100mg of test E is test, and about 85% of 100mg of Prop is test; so 500mg Enan x 85% = 425mg of Prop. So divide into eod injections over one week is 106,so about 100mg eod should make the transition smoothly into the 500mg a week of test E.
