Hello,

I wanted to let you know that I will be having hand surgery next week as a result of chronic carpal tunnel syndrome. I had originally scheduled this procedure for November. However, an opening in the surgeon's schedule has allowed me to move this up to next week. Since the surgeon indicated that surgery was necessary to prevent further damage, I want to get it taken care of despite the short notice. I will be off campus Monday, Tuesday, and possibly Wednesday depending on the affects of anesthesia/and pain medicine. 

I will have some availability to meet with groups/team members online or on the phone. If you have any concerns,please contact me.
