Just a reminder to everyone that we're planning to discuss plans this evening, so try to be online and available around 7:30, and from there we can coordinate a more precise communication platform.
Meetup tomorrow at 3:30; I've reserved a study room at the foster business school (Room #7), I think it is about that same as where we met last time, although someone more familiar with the building may want to double check that.
There's a decent chance I'll be away from my computer until about 7pm; I'll try to check my email regularly, but if anything comes up don't hesitate to text me.
Don't forget to work on sketches! Everyone should have at least 6.

OK, confirmed.
I've contacted the concierge desk at the Sorento but have not heard back. I know of no hotels in Olympia or Tacoma that are likely to have a top notch concierge. A New York cabbie would be another good expert. A London cab driver actually has to take a test (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxicabs_of_the_United_Kingdom#The_Knowledge) to demonstrate he knows the city. Not practical for our purposes, but it is an interesting president.

We can definitely meet in the foster library but it is not the same as the team rooms in Paccar. I have reserved Paccar 212 from 3:30pm - 6pm in case we want to use the same type of room as last time.

Ok, let's definitely go with Paccar 212. I wasn't sure if there was a difference, or how to go about reserving Paccar rooms.
Let's go ahead and say tonight's meeting will be at 8pm. Start with Facebook, and we'll transfer to another platform as necessary.
