Idea for someone that could be a 'Master'

Hi all,

I've posted a couple things to our Facebook page so please check it occupationally.

I just had, what I hope is, a good idea: Someone who could be considered a master within the scope of our inquiry is a concierge at one of the downtown Seattle hotels. These would be the people guests would go to if they wanted to find out what to do or where to go while visiting. Would anyone have the time/inclination to try and interview/observe one in action? Maybe at the Olympic, Edgewater, or Sorento?
