Hello Bylaws Committee!

Congratulations on getting the Committee's recommended changes (with one amendment) for 11 articles of the bylaws adopted tonight! Thank you to all of you for participating in the back and forth email discussions over the past few weeks.

I'd like the Committee to explore the alternatives that have been raised regarding Acting PCO/Precinct Coordinator, but I think we can give ourselves a couple days before diving right back into things. :)

We at least want to wait for the KCD bylaws vote, so that gets us
several blissful days when bylaws don't need to cross our minds at all.
