What I have:
-----------------
To maintain my lists, I write each context list, my awaiting list, my
project list and my next action list on notecards and store them in my
Levenger pocket briefcase, in my pocket. My calendar is a list of
dates and events on a notecard, with time specifics if they apply.

For inboxes, I have 2, one on my desk at my office, one at my desk at home

For email, I have 2 accounts, my work account (outlook web access on
firefox) and home gmail account. I have @Awaiting, @S/M, @NA and
@HomeOnly in gmail, @Awaiting, @NA at work. I use mark as unread in
gmail to show that I have items in that label.

For capture, I have 2 Pocketmods in my wallet for capturing meetings,
the leveger pocket briefcase for smaller notes, and pads by my bed and
on my desk. I have 2 subscriptions to faxaway.com, where for $1 a
month, phone calls made to a certain number are recorded and emailed
to my work or home email (depending on number called).

For transfering items between my two main sites, I have a document
bag with 3 folders in it, Read and Review, To Home Inbox, To Work
Inbox. At work, the To Home and R&R folders are in a letter credenza,
where they're easily accessable.

For tickler, I use yahoo calendar reminders. This is not used as a
calendar, only a tickler. For physical items, I have a folder labeled
TICKLER in my A-Z file system at home. I put an electronic reminder in
the yahoo system to email me at the time of day that will make me get
the email at home in time to get the token out of the TICKLER folder.

What I want to be better:
----------------------------------
I want a work tickler to be the same website as my home tickler, yet I
want the work tickles to go to the work email address. I don't always
want to have to check home email at work, but I have to to make sure I
catch tickles if I'm going to have a work tickler too. I also want
this website to be free or <$6 a month.

Outlook Web Acess (the basic version) doesn't allow you to unread
messages. So how do I keep items in my @NA folder at work to be unread
so I see the items are even there? Do I just get rid of the work
@NA/@Awaiting folders? (I don't trust them right now). The answer to
this solution can't change client software (firefox with OWA). REALLY.
However firefox extensions are fair game.

You can still do this with Yahoo Calendar. While logged into Yahoo, go
to the "My Account" page. Here, you can add in other alternate email
addresses for your account. For instance, I have my Yahoo mail
account, as well as a Gmail account configured. Then, when you set up
your email reminder for a tickler event, it will let you choose any of
your available email addresses to send the mail to.

Hope that helps,
Matt
