Photography Planner for Hipster

The Photography Log is designed using the DIY Planner Widget Kit by
Douglas Johnston. The goal was to have something simple to track my
shots, what settings I had and how they turned out. I would really
like to get this sized for the Moleskine, but for now it is a full
sheet just to see how it feels. Let me know if you have any
suggestions.
