If you're a GMail user, you can choose from several labels I use for
myself (or you can suggest others and I'll add them). The site,
www.ewizmo.com, also uses the + sign feature that GMail supports in the
email address. If you set up labels and filters in GMail to organize
the incoming notes, thoughts, action items, etc. you send, you can get
more things done and make your life a little
easier. Check the setup link for information on setting up labels and
filters in your email account.
Try it out and let me know if you think this is useful, or if you have
any suggestions. Feel free to spread the word and send my web link to
friends, family and business associates who might benefit. By the way,
this can be used with Yahoo, MSN and other email providers, and even
email clients (that support email filters or rules). But GMail labels
and filters are great.
Thanks.

captured. You can leave comments and suggestions using the contact link
at the site.

Having said that, though, it's got about a million available, so anyone
who wants one probably has one now!
Thanks for the comment.
Go figure. So, my offer is still on the table. I still have 47 invites
in my account. If you want one, send to my e-mail as listed in my post
above.

It sure seems that everyone has more gmail invites than he/she knows
what to do with. Add to this the fact that google keeps giving us more
and more storage space--I'm up to 2278 MB--and I start to wonder, "Why
is gmail still beta"?
As Xeni Jardin noted, "beta is the new black"
(http://www.boingboing.net/2005/04/05/mtv_launches_overdri.html). Is
gmail just trying to appeal to a younger, hipper crowd by calling
themselves beta? :-P
Thanks, and glad you find it useful.
I got your sugggestion about the custom label and have implemented
that, along with another feature to add a priority flag.

On the Firefox sidebar mention, yes, this is one reason I formatted the
site like it is. It's also usable for most PDA's screen formats for
those that can connect to the internet wirelessly for example, and need
a quick way to send yourself a note.
