outlook mods to replicate gmail-like "conversation" view

Does anybody have any good plugin suggestions for MS Outlook to change
it to replicate the "conversation"-based view that GMail uses?
Specifically the compressing of multiple related messages down to a
single line.

Paid is okay, free is better; ideally something that can be installed
without requiring elevated permission levels (think locked-down corp.
env....)

Just go into the view menu and arrang your view by conversation.  finally sort it by date.

That should give you your Gmail look instantly and free.

The problem with that is it still shows one mail per line -- not one
line per thread/conversation, the way Gmail does...
